IDEAS & MOCKUPS
First, your account manager meets with you to discuss your project and go over ideas and a few initial mockup concepts our team will create for you to review based on the information we receive from you via our intake form. Once we revieve some intial feedback from you, our graphics team gets started designing.
REVIEW & REFINE
Once our design team completes the initial build of your graphic design project, your account manager will schedule a second call with you to get your feedback. At this point, we will continue to refine the design and have you review it until the project is finalized and you approve the design.
DELIVERY & FEEDBACK
Once you approve your design, your account manager will deliver the final files to you or send your files to the next stage if your designs need to be printed, for example. This is also when your account manager will send you a link to a 30-second feedback form so you can let us konw what you think of your final designs.
Payment Schedule

PAYMENT 1 • 50%
- With most graphic design work, the second half is paid in 30 days.
30 DAYS
PAYMENT 2 • 50%
- Your second payment is due 30 days from your initial payment. All graphics are typically delivered within 30-45 days or less unless the client prefers a longer timeline or needs more time to achieve the desired result.
