PHASE 2 – Setup & Launch

Our team crafts a series of 5 emails which are sent to
your prospects on a specially-designed schedule.

  • Our team builds the first email as a template with your logo and other finishing details.
  • Once you approve your design, our team builds the remaining emails for your campaign.
  • We test the emails by sending them to our team of testers first, and then to you.
  • Once you approve everything, we launch your campaign.

ONGOING

PHASE 3 – Maintenance

Every time you send us new emails, or someone fills out
a form on your website, we’ll add them to your
automated emailing system.

  • Submit new emails at any time to be added to your campaign.
  • Your account manager reviews your stats with you on your monthly
    review call.
  • You can add new marketing scripts, seasonal messages, or just change your messaging at any time foran additional setup cost per campaign.
